Payment for each block to be received one week before the block starts.
One-to-One
1 hour (face to face) session £43

Studio Etiquette
- Please be punctual for your class or one-to-one session.
- If you anticipate being more than fifteen minutes late you will not be permitted to enter the class (out of courtesy to fellow students, the instructor and for your own safety).
- Ensure appropriate clothing is worn during your sessions for your own comfort, those around you and the teacher. Fitted clothing that allows you to move with ease and safety is suitable.
- Personal hygiene should be at a good level for both teachers and clients.
- Turn your mobile phones off or to silent if you are in a group class. It doesn’t matter so much if you are having a 121, but please check with your teacher before abandoning an exercise in order to answer a call. This is for safety reasons.
Late Arrival Policy
- If you know you are going to be late for your one-to-one session, please let the teacher know ahead.
Cancellation Policy
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for our One-to-One sessions.
- Any appointment missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full price for that session.
- It is at the teacher’s discretion if they choose to waive this rule under exceptional circumstances.
